 RETURN POLICY All returned merchandise must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To obtain one, contact Pappy's Place from our contact page, or click HERE. Unless extended by warranty, or in writing, all sales are final fourteen (14) days after receipt of merchandise. Refunds will be given first as exchange if available. If exchange is not available, refunds will be given either as credit on account or money back, whichever the customer desires.
